EVERY STEP COUNTS, TAKE MORE OF THEM!

EVERY STEP COUNTS, TAKE MORE OF THEM!

Walking more throughout your day can make a big difference, without much added effort from you. And the great part, especially if you’re trying to maintain or lose weight, is that numbers add up- in a good way.

10,000 steps of walking burns roughly 300-450 calories each day, depending on how fast you walk and how much you weigh.

In one week, that means 2,100 to 3,100 calories burned just from walking.

One pound of fat equals about 3,500 calories.
